Although my "vocal" Donut is still hissing away at me God love her, funny enough it's like you say about FMN they do actually want a cuddle, lets just hope we're not teaching them how to ask for one by hissing lol :P

They are prety diddly, even for their age,however, Dark Greys and Smoke Pearls dont seem to grow big like sables and creams. I think all the breeding went in for getting the colour as it is by no means easy to get unrelated animals and to produce. I guess that outcrossing to a HUGE Yellow might help?!

I need a huge yellow, i know ours are going to a yellow with good ticking and who knows, hopefully might get nice pearls and maybe dark greys as its close on both sides!


EDIT: It will be very interesting over the next months to compare sizes and feeding regimes of the three/four Smoke Pearls we have between us! See whose gets biggest and which foods/treats are better
