Default Better late than never, the lovely Tabasco

Firstly, an apology, our beautiful cinnamon LH boy, Tabasco, has been with us for quite a while now, since Alcester on 1st March. He is from HC member Yaffle's first litter, and you will already have seen him if you looked at the pictures of her litter growing up here http://www.hamstercentral.com/forum/vie ... php?t=2684

anyway, he is a really laid back young man, and just loves having a cuddle and sitting on your knee. He is a credit to his Mum Yeti and Dad Mr Yaffle.

I'm surprised I missed Claire's original thread; but am not surprised by how gorgeous Tabasco is

Looks like another fine hamster you have there - looking forward to meeting him

He's really gorgeous and I have had a cuddle with this little man. Great photos, how do you do it? All your photos are sooo good.

Well we use sellotape to keep them in place but for very wriggly ones we've found stapling them keeps them still!!!

No, we just try bribery and getting the photos whilst they are still calm before they really find their energy. But mostly it is just trial and error, and of course having me picking up, rearranging and running after them, whilst Arti snaps away.

Thanks for the compliments on Tabasco's behalf, we really do seem to have some gorgeous little girls and boys lately, but best of all is they all are so friendly and make such wonderful pets!

Arti has the world's biggest Canon too, which was giving me camera-envy at Topcliffe!

Which reminds me, I had been intending to get some snaps of the show in progress... which totally skipped my mind, whilst chatting to you all!

I do that all the time Gus, which is why I encourage Arti to bring his camera! It gives him something to play with whilst I am fawning over hamsters!
