Re: 'Lucy' - Boarding
Awww bless him =(
Can you take some of the tubing away so he doesn't have to go so far?
If the shape of the tubes allow you?

Re: 'Lucy' - Boarding
(Sorry for another post)
I used to own this cage so I can see from the tubing he has two straight tubes?
There will be a hole in the round cage and the bottom so you can connect them with just the two straight tubes =)
I would do this asap, poor guy =(

Re: 'Lucy' - Boarding
Little Lucy enjoyed his first night staying here, had his first meal worm too and was desperate to come out of the cage as soon as I opened it. Still struggling in up the tubes, it's not so bad for him to go down them but still looks like a struggle for him.

Lucius?
Poor Mr Lucy! He badly needs a bigger wheel than that too
I wish all pet shops would give their staff the same level of training as they've had in my local Pets Corner. The staff there are fantastic.

Re: 'Lucy' - Boarding
He can't fit on his wheel at all, he bit it earlier because he got stuck behind it
I wish that too. His owner as advised to get 'her' because she was the one that bit the least the day they went to get 'her'. At least being able to tell their genders correctly would be nice, it's really easy with Syrians especially and prevents accidental litters.

Re: 'Lucy' - Boarding
Lucy has just had his first time on a proper wheel. I took him out and put him on the bed with me for a bit then put a wheel down and let him run on it for a bit -took him a while to work out though!
He types a message to you all:
ffffffffffffffffffffffffffffff##################
(Whatever that means!)

Re: 'Lucy' - Boarding
Little Lucy is going back tomorrow! Gave her a little cage clean so he doesn't smell and put a nice little chew in there for him. I'll miss that big guy
