Default Bonaparte - the new rescue, a couple more pics

Here are a couple more pics, the first shows markings, the second I've posted because although blurred its a much closer likeness to the coat colour. She looks nothing like the coat colour in the first pic

In that first pic I would still say cinnamon Catja, but I know you feel Bonaparte's colour isnt truly like the photo.

She could be a cinnamon carrying something like cream which lightens the colour making it more pale and pastel possibly? I think that is the most likely possibility here to be honest.

I know what you are saying about the mink - in that second photo she looks a similar colour to my mink two, but of course mink is only cream cinnamon and umbrous, so they are variations of inheritance (if you know what I mean)

she's beautiful anyway, how on earth could anyone even look at her and think she is viscious? Scared maybe, but she hardly looks rabid, she looks like a really cuddly girl. Or I should say a real Bonn(aparte)y girl!

Its funny how the first pic make her look so dark and very cinnamon.

Given she is a petshop hamster there could be allsorts in there, she doesn't have spectacles but is the same colour as the mink on the poster, so maybe a dilute form of cinnamon as you say, perhaps a lot of cream in there. I was looking at her again tonight and she is a stunning colour

To be honest I'd say Cinnamon as well - even if she's a lot lighter than that first piccie as there's a lot of variation in depth of colour.

Lucky you - she's a stunner and her Gabber looks brilliantly set up as well so lucky her - at last

Awh thanks, what colour should a cinammon's ears be?

I am tending towards a form of cinnamon because although its very faint there is a light blue tinge to the underfur. But I've had another look today and she sort of has spectacles too.

Anway she has just the most beautiful white muzzle (probably not a hamster term) and I would love to bring her to a show when she has settled in.

She does look cinnamon to me too, maybe just a light one?

Cinnamons should have flesh coloured ears I believe.

I noticed that, whilst trying to get a reasonable picture of Bob - everything was coming out so much darker than it was to my eyes! And I wasn't willing to subject poor Bob to my camera flash at point-blank!
