She's settled in so well she's like one of the gang already. I know I'm biased but I think she's a gorgeous baby and I think she's going to be a beautiful lady

gosh it is wierd but you can almost tell the sex from the pictures I know Minnie was a girl before seeing her but there is just something...

She looks so comfortable being held - well done to you all for such a great job. And how much different is she from normal shop bought hamsters not just in temperment but physically - she looks really really good - I woud be trembling with fear if I was a hammy coming up against these guys at show.... (both stunners )

I'd say, when we got her at five weeks, she was about the size of our pet shop hams (Treacle, Custard and Mocha) were when we got them - and they were all eight weeks old!

Now - at almost 7 weeks - she is HUGE. I think that's obviously down to her good breeding but also the fact that she doesn't run on her wheel much at all really, so all her energy goes into growing. her face and her body have really filled out and she's adorable (just what I really hope our babies will turn out to be - at the moment all the girls seem a bit skinny to me and all they seem to do is run....and run....and run ).
