Meet Lucy!
My new hamster Lucy!
Rescued her last week, she was climbing the bars and I knew I must bring her home.
She is 12 weeks, and a lovely little ball of fluff.
Anyone have any ideas on what color she is? I was thinking a banded sable or something along those lines.
Thanks for reading!

Re: Meet Lucy!
I can't help with the colours but she is gorgeous! I love the markings around her middle.

Oh she's so so gorgeous! What a lucky hamham to find a forever home! I'm not 100% sure but I think she's a chocolate banded syrian.

Re: Meet Lucy!
She looks like some sort of grey banded rather than sable as there are no eye rings but she has cheek flashes.
Can I ask what cage she is in? It looks to be a Mini Duna which she will most likely outgrow.

Yep, shes only a tiny thing right now and it was the best cage at p@h , saving up for a better cage. Most likely she'l get it around the end of the summer or sooner if she gets big enough. She was in a bare Criceti 9 at the adoption bit.

Nawww she's adorable So cute. I love her bandy-liney bit The mini duna is great when they are little, but yeah, you'd be wise to start saving for a larger crib for her. She's a lucky lady to have been adopted

Re: Meet Lucy!
Any recommendations? I would like something that would be a lot of fun for her when I am not there!

I like rat cages for hammies, as long as there's lots of hammocks and levels incase they fall they're really good. They pop up alot secondhand- I got my Freddy 2 for £40 with accesories This is my set-up when I first got it, it's changed a bit now-
