Default Introducing.......

My new addition.. *no name :P* Suggestions will be appreciated. The names I like are Marley, Raisin, Bagel and Misty. I just can't decide..

Of course nothing will ever replace my sweet little Benji, I didn't have the heart to put her in his cage. My mum thinks I'm mad. Benji will never be forgotten. :-*

I think she is a female (saw her trying to climb up the tank in the petshop.) She's in the Rody just now, until I get mesh for the Zoozone 1 and she looks so teeny in it!
I left the box in for her so that she felt more comfortable but i took out the evil fluffy bedding that the shop assistant "kindly" put in before I could open my mouth.

Hehe, look at the face!

On Bailey's wheel (as she can't use it with her sore leg, but I have another wheel for her when she gets better) look how small she is!!

She managed to work out how to use the wheel in seconds! (She never had one in the petshop)

having a bite to eat.

Look at the tiny-ness!!

I got her last night and she's settling in well, hopefulyl going to start the taming process tonight but she didn't seem afraid of me yesterday when I put a few things in her cage.

If anyone could help me with her colour, that would be great. I think she's a silver grey or a light grey? The photo's aren't too great because they were taken from the outside of the tank (apart from the 8th one, I think) , she doesn't seem so creamy in "real life" infact, she camouflages in rather well with the bedding - i thought she'd escaped, only to realise she was right in front of me..

She is absolutly adorable she sounds nice and friendly already. She looks rather like Holly's ham Mocha in colour and I would plump for a Light grey myself. She is more of the buttermilk colour of the ligt grey than a greyish you see in a silver.

Great looking hamster you have got there. I especially like the flick of her standing with a paws on the bottle - she looks really inquisitive :-)

She's lovely

She does look a lot like Mocha did as a youngster - I'm still not 100% sure what he is as he's been judged as a light grey but another judge told me he's a heterozygous silver-grey!!

Dont suppose it matters really as he's got a lovely temperament which seems to be a common thing with the greys - hope yours has too.

(I like Misty for a name btw)

Thanks

She has been named Marley! She's settled in and took a treat from me yesterday so hopefully taming will keep going well.

Marley is a very nice name! It sounds like it fits her inquisitive little face.

I would guess she is either a Light Grey or else Sepia (Heterozygous Silver Grey). But, regardless, she is very, very pretty!

Thanks

She does look creamy on the pics, doesn't look quite so creamy in "real life"

I'll have to get pictures of her outside of the tank when she is tame.

Tiny-ness:

(don;t worry they never noticed each other! or even see/smell or hear. I'd never do anything to upset my babies )
