Is it too much to expect dog owners to clean up after their dogs?
This morning I watched a guy let his dog poo on the pavement and walk away, I've seen this guy do this a few times now and the reason I never said anything before was because he's over 60 and I've always been brought up to show respect to older people.
But, today I'd had enough, I asked him politely to clear up his dog's mess and I got a mouthful of abuse. He actually said it wasn't him lol! I told him I'd seen him and it wasn't the first time but he walked away giving the finger.
I was speechless and shocked.
I know that majority of dog owners do clean up after their pets but, I'm fed up seeing dog poo on the pavements and having to walk around the mess.

Anybody else having this problem?
