Today my hams got some red pepper. They were going to have some cooked spaghetti too but I forgot to save any #badowner

Re: What's in the bowl today?
Olivia loves dried (raw, unsweetened) coconut. I'm always searching to see what is safe-healthy to feed her. does coconut sound ok to the experts in this forum?

Re: What's in the bowl today?
Yes coconut is fine for hamsters but a little chunk is best as it can be oily and the fresh type will go off if stored. Feed as much as she can eat in one go.

Re: What's in the bowl today?
well we didnt have any broccoli left, so they will have to make do with just some homemade food mix (i use a commercial mix mainly, but occasionally use my own mix)

Willow will get a 1/4 piece of grape and a tiny piece of cucumber tonight. I'm still unsure on the Pomegranate.

Re: What's in the bowl today?
My dwarfs will be getting their usual dry, some meal worms, a piece of dry dog food each and a finger nail sized bit of apple each before I go to bed. I feed them as late as possible so they get their favourite bits hand fed and any fresh food it eaten quickly.

Re: What's in the bowl today?
Broccoli and mashed potato today, not a lot of mash for the dwarfs but the syrians seem to enjoy it

Re: What's in the bowl today?
Resurrecting this thread because I found it useful for ideas. My hamsters are having grape tonight, whole one each for the syrians and half a grape each for the dwarfs
