Totally good, in fact rather large. Depending on the size of your mouse I would suggest getting a friend for he or she so they won't be lonely in such a large tank.

Male mice have to live alone(They would fight other mice).I am going to put in lots of hanging toys and ground floor toys.I think I am going to get this cage because it will give him lots of room! Thanks for your advice

It has good ventilation I think with the side panels. I believe if you neuter a male he can live happily with females. I'd suggest some climbing toys in there as there are no bars - eg a tall branch or vine branch.

I hope he will be okay living on his own.I will give him lots of attention.I don't think any vets round me do operations on mice.I have heard putting them under anaesthetic is very risky(with them being so small).Plus it would cost a lot at my vet!The breeder I am getting him from said males should live alone.I will be giving him plenty of enrichment e.g ladders, hammocks and bridges and spending lots of time with him.I am going to order the cage now
