Default Bina the Dog

For past 8.5 years I'm living with Bina. She will be 11 soon. She has taught me a lot about dogs, body language, positive reinforcement. She is hunter. She hunts for rodents (only when I let her) But she knows that inside our house- do not touch other animals. It took some time and training.

She knows basic obedience, rally obedence, agilty, tricks and scent work. But most of all countercodioning, she was reactive towards other dogs and cats, other animals. She was very affraid of noises, lightning. It is all much, much better now.

Thats my girl

Bina is quite a stunning beauty and sounds like a wonderful, talented dog. I'm so happy that she has been in your life for so long and I hope she will remain so for many, many more years to come. I am glad that she is no longer troubled by the loud noises, etc. Her progress must be due to all of your love, encouragement, and patience. You are both so lucky to have one another. I love all of her pics especially the jumping one. I look forward to getting to know more about your precious Bina. Please give her a hug for me.

Bina sounds very like my dog. I hope she coped OK with New Year - it looks like she had lots of fun with the tubes! Adaptil spray, thundershirt and enrichment toys were a big part of our evening party too

We made it! i did not use Thundershirt this year-I lend it to a freind. Bina would have a blast and fun if neighbours would not use firework. So for 10 minutes she was scared, she evacued herself downstairs. Overall not to bad. I made a video of her having fun. i talk in Slovenian language and well CAUTION I sang a bit as well.

My goodness, what a sweet doggo! Reminds me of a dog my neighbors had when I was a young child Poor thing, fireworks can be terrifying. I am lucky the dogs I have now don't seem to mind fireworks, but our old dog was absolutely terrified of fireworks and thunder. Adorable video as well

29.7.2021 Bina died. It is still heartaching. She was a true champion, high spirited dog who loved to live. She was in such a superb condition till last 10 days of her life. Kidneys started to fail her, masive spleen tumor and very little health lung tissue. Little over midnight her spleenic tumur erupted and 30 minutes later she died.

My family, my friend. My everything.

And one of her last photos. She was tired a lot, but still had a spark till very end.
