I now have a total of 5 guinea pigs (all female) so I feel that they need their own thread so they can be introduced to everyone!! I love guinea pigs so much, they make amazing pets, despite their skittish nature. They are so fun to watch and make very good cuddle buddies!
First off, we have Patch.
Patch is a tort and white 4 year old guinea pig. I got her with her sister who was called Smudge. Unfortunately Smudge passed away in November, the same year in which I got them both (2012). We think she had a possible stroke/heart attack due to the fireworks as it was a very sudden death, not expected at all! Patch was then housed with one of my rabbits. When the rabbit passed away, Patch began to show signs of depression due to being alone. So we went to the petshop and picked up two new friends for her! They bonded instantly and now Patch lives very happily with Lilly and Cinnamon!
Unlike most guinea pigs, Patch is not skittish at all. She actually runs over to me and squeaks and squeaks until I pick her up for cuddles! Even when they are outside in the run, when its time for me to get them all in, she will run over squeaking her little head off! She'll sit very happily on my lap while I stroke her, she falls asleep sometimes as well! Patch is very loving and even gives me kisses!
Next up we have Lilly and Cinnamon.

(She is the biggest of them all! Very big girly! Hard to think she was the smallest piggie in the petshop!)
And here is Cinnamon!
I got these two so they would be new friends for Patch. They were babies when I got them and they bonded with Patch instantly! I have had them for about 2 years now and they lovely piggies. They are a little skittish, but no where near as bad as when I first got them. I don't think they will ever be as tame as Patch is, its very rare to have a guinea pig that tame! But both of them love coming out onto your lap for a quick cuddle and a piece of their favourite veggies for a snack! As Cinnamon has quite long hair, she gets groomed 2 times a week which she loves. Lilly is just fat and is the boss of the trio so she gets the majority of the food! I'm presuming she's boss, it would explain her size anyway!
Now we have these two... my newest girls! I got them both today (15th April 2016)
So we have Maple!
Maple isn't really mine, she's my boyfriends. I was only going to get one more guinea pig, but he fell in love with her so we ended up getting two instead of one! I can see why he fell in love with her, she is beautiful. So Maple and her sister will be living with my 3 other piggies eventually. I hope they all get along.
I haven't named my little girl yet, but here she is!
