My other pets

Hi thought I'd introduce my other pets. Besides Rosie and Daisy I have a dog (poppy) and a gerbil (molly) and numerous tropical fish which actually belong to my son but I look after then 6 months of the year as he's in uni.
Poppy is 4 and 1/2. She is about the size of a westie and very dark brown (most people thinks she's black) she is a havanese which isn't a well known dog breed (in England anyway)
Poppy has spent four and a half years perfecting the art of sniffing one spot and is extremely good at it! She's fooled most people into thinking she's slow yet she can be fast and does agility each week with my son and daughter.
Molly is my sons gerbil. She will be 3 on the 25 June which is fantastic. She is the oldest gerbil we have had. She came from the rspca with her sister Milly who sadly died last October. They were 2 of 5 gerbils brought in as their owner had 2 females and one turned out to be pregnant. She is a black gerbil although because of her age is going grey in places.
Needless to say all our pets are loved immensely.

Would love to see some pics of Poppy, you certainly don't see many Havanese about.

I would love to but not sure how to. Can anyone let me know how to do it. Can I just attach them or do I need to do something first. Thanks

I upload my pics onto Photobucket and then copy the link from there, using the little icon in the reply box that looks like a tiny mountain and sun!

So are they the right size then I've seen something in the photo competition to say they have to be a certain size?

If the photos are straight from your camera/phone or whatever you use you will need to resize them, if you upload to photobucket you can edit them there before posting the link here, I don't use the icon thingy I just copy the image link (bottom right on the photobucket page where you see your photo after uploading it) & paste the link directly in the reply box.
Alternatively you can resize them yourself if your able to do that then use the go advanced button below the reply box then scroll down to manage attachments.

Hi so I've loaded a photo onto photo bucket but can't work out how to resize them. It doesn't seem to say it anywhere. Could anyone help. Thanks

There's an edit icon top right of the photo click on that & the resizing option should show up.

I don't resize my photos at all. I just upload them straight from my phone to Photobucket with the app, and then straight onto here - they're always fine!

I have looked for a resizing icon on the photo and there doesn't seem to be one. Is it hidden somewhere? if it isn't can I just upload from photo bucket like Barley or do different phones have different size photos?
