Thanks guys  He home and very sleepy but is doing ok! Results back & stitches out in 10 days.
The lump was smaller than a smartie, but they cut a wide margin around it just incase it is something nasty (very hopefully not!)

He's doing ok thanks He slept sound all night and was desperate for his breakfast this morning!
He's come to work with me today so I can keep a super close eye on him. He's enjoying keeping an eye on all the comings & goings

Aw he looks just as happy as ever there and I'm sure the bald bit will grow back soon As for the photos - looks like I should have got an iphone 6 instead of a camera lol! They're very good.
