Re: More kittens?
If it was the same Daddy...a big old white Tom with only a little black on him, they should be very similar to the two kitties I have here. I know she had 3 kittens when I first found out they were living on the porch upstairs. I don't know what happened to the third one, or if she had more than three originally. I so wish everyone would spay their dogs and cats. All over the world they are running loose, getting sick and starving. Its just such a shame.

Re: More kittens?
DrK those recent pics of mama cat look like she's saying 'let me out' - she looks a bit annoyed.
But, I'm glad this will be her last litter, glad also she's in safe hands with you.
I wish also that people would spay their pets and also microchip them.

Re: More kittens?
If i remember rightly back to my ANA days, you wont be able to spay until after the kittens are weaned as the surgery messes up their ability to let the kittens feed. Double check with your vet of course. Its been quite a few years since I have dealt with this situation and not only may my memory be serving me wrongly but advances may have been made in that time. Just advising you to check with your vet before you book her in. x

Re: More kittens?
Oh my poor Momma good on you for looking after her. My now 17 year old cat was originally a feral dumped kitten. I took her and her 3 sisters in - had them all trapped and spayed and they were all pregnant. No saving the kittens I'm afraid. She tamed after many years and now in her old age is an indoor cat. So hopefully Momma will come around in time. Oh and mine's a "tuxedo" cat too.
