My Zoo ^^

I'll post pictures if you want me to, but I figure that would be extremely pic heavy ;P So without further ado, introductions:

My dogs:
Kousuke (9 yrs) - my baby, no matter his age. He's a Rottweiler, Chow Chow, Australian Shepherd mix I rescued a year after my first dog died. He's the dog who got me interested in dog training, and pretty much helped me choose my career! Going a bit senile, now, but he's still a love.
Kurama (4 yrs?) - my wolf-hybrid. He's a big, goofy lug who was rescued after someone tried to cut his throat, but only managed to damage his trachea (is it the trachea? Darn, I can't remember. Either way, something in there was damaged.).
Kaia (3 yrs) - a Reservation rescue, whose DNA is a mix of Dachshund and Australian Shepherd o.o
Kenai (3 yrs) - Technically my mom's dog, he was bought from a good breeder in the area for Valentine's Day one year. He's a purebred Siberian Husky, and the laziest dog I've ever met ^^

My cat:
Nala (???) - I rescued this from a family member who shall remain unnamed >.< He had her locked up in a room with no human contact for months before I convinced him to let me take her. She's a Bengal cat.

My snakes:
Tic Toc (???) - A rescue. He was dumped at a reptile center, and was pretty ill. I adopted him, and though he's still not totally friendly, he's healthy and happy.
Arachne (8 months) - A ball python of the Spider variety. If she develops well, I plan to breed her. However, that's at least a year or two in the future. My little sweetheart, and an absolute love.

My fish:
We have three tanks in our house, but the only fish with a real name is Magneto, my purple-and-red Doubletail Betta fish.

That's a houseful. These days I only have Yoda, my rescued chihuahua, and Patches, a Syrian hammy. I love large dogs and never thought I'd get a small one, but Yoda's my little love. And he adores gerbils and hamsters. Any time you do want to post photos, I'd love to see them. I have always loved snakes, dogs, cats and all kinds of small furries. I wanted to be a vet growing up, but life didn't go that way. How do the dogs and the Bengal get along? That's a serious cat who needs far more than your average tabby. Glad you rescued the wolf-hybrid. People create these animals and then abuse them. It's a shame. These animals are lucky to have you.

I wish you would post pictures of your furry friends! I'd love to see Kurama <3 and all of the others of course, but I've always had a soft spot for wolf-hybrids. And what a terrible human to try and cut his throat that's just horrible. Ugh, I can't understand how some people can be so cruel.

Nala doesn't get along with the dogs, really, she mostly ignores them. If they get to close, she'll swipe in their general direction and run off, lol. As for people, she loves attention, and is very vocal ^^

Unfortunately, I don't have any pictures of Tic Toc, because he's sensitive to handling and bright lights. To hold him, I have to turn most of the lights in the room off

I have to say, I absolutely love Aussies (also love Rotties & Chows) but I had no idea what a mix of the 3 would look like. Had all sorts of images in my head What a gorgeous, gorgeous boy he is!

He looks quite similar to a dog I had growing up - he was a collie x lab.
