I've tried nudging her but she won't move , she's literally lifeless, just tried the towel , that didn't work either s pt her back in her hammock

She looks to be heavy breathing to me. Amethyst is the best person to give advice however I would like to say that if you got her from pets at home you needn't worry about the vets right now, if you take her back they will almost certainly get one of their own vets to treat her considering you only bought her two days ago. Ask your parents to take you back tomorrow and to ask for the store manager, talk it through with them and if they start dragging their feet insist that they take care of the sick animal that they have sold you or you'll make a complaint. They almost always comply. Amethyst is totally right though that your rats will most likely need treatment in the future, especially females. If you are under 16 or unemployed this may cause a problem for you so I would try to get you parents support regarding vet trips as soon as you can.
