Yeah I heard its harder to introduce females than it is males, right this moment there asleep next to each other against the divider

I have a 20 gallon tank plus a whole new set up that hangs on the wall with tubes for my two male gerbils they love it. We got them both from different stores and they are so cute together took them a week to get use to each other now they cuddle and play sleep on each other awh there best little gerbils. I love gerbils they are so cute funny to watch and love able. We had them for two years now. I love them.

Good news today I have removed the barrier and no fights its going really well zach is being very gentle with rufus lowering himself letting rufus climb all over him and he doesn't care. Rufus is a little scatty at the moment. I'm sat by the tank just in case anything happens and will be putting the barrier in when i'm not in to keep an eye on them

Good job! They should be okay together now. Keep an eye on them, but iif they are sleeping together I would be surprised if there were any problems.

Yeah hopefully there won't be any problems its been 7 hours now and its been going really well they seem comfortable with each other will try and get some pics of them together soon
