One idea that might be good for the dog, could you offer to walk it?
Then you don't need to go to bridgend/newport to hand it over to a shelter, and you don't need to risk handing it in to the dog warden either, but it ends the excuse for the dog being out.

I know owners like that deserve things I probably shouldn't write on this forum, but the dog doesn't deserve to go to a charity shelter or risk whatever happens to unclaimed dogs the council get.
Alternatively, find someone who wants a dog, convince them he's perfect and rehome yourself

Lmao, I might ask her, but what if she sais no lol. and I have to be careful with Sonny, he is a staffie, he will probably attack him ^_^ or attack me because i will smell of the other dog XD.

If she says no... Rehome him, take him to a charity, or phone the dog warden. Thats when you resort to those options

And ah, good luck working it out with Sonny if you try and get her agreement to walk him instead then.

I should be getting my own Jack Russell in the summer hopefully, but yeah 3 would be pushing it but i think a new family is best for him.
