Leaving for 2-3 weeks!

I have two hamsters (one male syrian, and one dwarf [hybrid] female) I am leaving to go on vacation for two to three weeks and while I will be having someone come feed and water daily, I get very anxious leaving them.
Last time I left them for a week, we got a huge storm and my pet sitter couldn't make it for two days. Thankfully everything was fine but that stirred me.
I will be getting a camera for each cage so that I can moniter them, but I was wondering if anyone had any tips for some ways I can prep before I leave.

I recommend cleaning their cage very well before you leave, so they will be safe and then clean it again when you get back. Because the hamsters might miss you when you are gone, maybe leave some toys with your scent on it. Purchasing extra chew toys and stuff to do will prevent them from being bored without you. If the toys are plastic, its probably a good idea to tell the petsitter to only play with the hamsters with supervision with it. Let me know if you have any questions on this reply!
