Default Re: Is etsy of interest for sourcing hamster supplies?

I guess i'm a bit old fashioned and like to see what i buy so favour independent pet shops that don't sell live animals.

I'm happy to drive to another town and pay a bit more to support these small pet shops. Some don't sell cages whochbis a bonus but have a good and changing stock of accessories.

I avoid a well known pet shop chain whenever possible for a number of reasons.

ETSY is like ebay, they sell on behalf of their members. So, the delivery times may be a bit long, as the actual maker may be "somewhere".
I have seen some nice things there. Original, rather than "run of the mill" stuff you find on the usual pet-shop websites. Try ebay, there are also nice things.
