Default MBR Beagles

Has anyone read about what's going on at MBR acres, Huntington? What's your thoughts?

Quick rundown for those who aren't aware of the situation:

MBR acres is a puppy farm Where they are bred indoors, never see daylight, and then at 16 weeks are shipped in vans to be used in toxicology (poisoning) labs where they will die.

The dogs produced here do not benefit medical research. They are used for toxicology tests i.e: how much of a chemical is required before the dog dies. The argument is, research to find new cures and medicines can be and is carried out using Modern computer research. Also that 96% of animal experiments don't even convert to the same human outcomes.

That’s awful and upsetting. I just googled it. In the news as there are demonstrators there. I had no idea that kind of thing was allowed in this country - using dogs. Makes me wonder why the RSPCA hasn’t shut them down. Presumably because it’s government protected.

I believe the phrase 'legal standard practice' is used. There's some videos showing inside the major pig/cattle/chicken farms which supply most UK supermarkets (RSPCA assured/red tractor assured). Honestly now I've seen them all hope for the RSPCA doing anything has well and truly gone out the window.

Here's some stuff I found backing up the %. I did have someone message me claiming the % is false and made up. But I'll let people make there own minds up.

Also for those interested, an article about the flaws and human harm of animal experimentation written by a M.D.
