It is very hard. Some things we can make do. I searched high and low for paracetamol for my father who can’t manage without it. Found some eventually but that was a few days ago. Chemists should keep some things prescription only.
Being out in the sticks we normally shop online but there are no delivery slots for 3 weeks. And the dates stop at 3 weeks in advance! I am sure places will stock up again. I have plenty of hamster food if things get desperate
Our worry is the schools being open - we are just short of the “elderly “ bracket but can’t self isolate with a child going to a school environment daily. We can all just take the best care we can. Try smaller shops rather than big supermarkets maybe. Antiviral gel was sold out long before we thought of it but soap is fine.
