If it helps he isn't balck he's sable
he has cream/grey when you brush over his hair but he does have the white socks, chin and belly stripe

We have had Bear home for 2 months now
But yes like you we had to ring up and check on him, they had trouble finding him at teh start then when we turned couldn't find him for ages so yes it does make you worry. I got £20 of vouchers as well because they tried to accuse me of hurting him myself!! I was so angry!
We only had Bear for a night before he went back
