What great news! he should heal up pretty fast, my robo dot had a huge blister, scab thing on her back! But after 4 weeks it was nearly completely healed.
Can't wait to here more about him

I have such a bad stomach pain (got crohn's disease) but im gonna battle through it to get back my baby!!!

Its a shame he is going to be missing a lil toe though, just got to keep an eye on where it came off...all my hamsters have been injury free so any advice to help him would be much appreciated

i wanna give him big cuddles, its weird cos i feel ive had him longer but of course he hasn't been tamed and all that yet..bless, must excercise restrain!!!

Im curious to know what personality he will have, when he was here for a night he seemed to bite everything.....oh dear lol we got him lots of natural wood sticks though so that should quell him... 3 hammy cages to clean, eeeek!!!! Think its time the bf chipped in

Don't worry too much about the biting porridges was like a dinosaur when we first got him. He would latch onto my finger but not to hard and bite everytime. I was really scared he'd always be like that but when i rubbed his scent onto me and he realised i wasn't edible he stopped. Occasionally he does it again bt just cause i smell like food or other hammy Sorry to hear your in pain hes one lucky hammy to have someone dedicated to go get him!

Good luck and a big welcome home to little Hammy! bet it will be a relief to have him back in your arms wish him a speedy recovery and hope he can now settle into his lovely new home properly.

(my Fiancee also has crohn's disease, so know what a battle things can be sometimes - but you'll feel better for getting him home )

I have my baby home!!!! omg though, when I turned up the woman went to have a look, came back after 10 minutes (!) said, nope we don't have him...i was mortified! Asked to speak to manager, after another 10 they returned with a cage saying they found him, i insisted on looking him over...was my lil guy same box i brought him in, nice to know he was being kept ok though, nice cage, wheel etc he is deff missing a toe but the scab has gone down. I asked if they would throw in some probiotics after the trouble I have gone through, she went to confirm with manager so i got that free. Then i took him to the till to pay, another woman opened the box to look at who the fuss was about..I asked if i had to fill another form..they were ignoring me, told us to egt to the car quickly as it was cold, they didn't cause the injury, ive had lots of car journeys, ive offered to pay and they ignored me so fine! So after all that i got him free lol

Good job i brought the cage, he chewed through the box after 5 mins!!!

I got a pic, will upload in a bit, but yay!!!! xXx
