I've about had it with trying to upload an avatar image!

So I've finally gotten around to uploading an avatar image using my laptop. I resized the photo I wanted to use to 80x60. I've tried uploading it but it says that it's too many KBs even though I've resized it to be below the maximum of 80x80! I need a tech master's help.

That would be the size(dimensions really)of the image,while the KBs as you may know would refer to the picture's size in regards to memory or data.I'm not too sure how you'd go about resizing that part though,but someone else might know!

It may take a bit of messing around with in order to get it to the right size, but eventually you'll get it right. Someone else on here may have better advice though

Me too Crystalroborovski, me too even Drago’s link does not work for me. It just says “this is not an image we can process”.

If anyone can take pity on me and help then I will love you forever!

I've never had a problem so not sure what's wrong but if you want you could PM me the photo you want to use & I could resize it, PM it back to you & see if you can upload that.
Bit busy today but it shouldn't take me long to have a go maybe today or tomorrow.

I use this quite a lot to resize my pics. You can select custom size and enter the dimensions you want and view before saving.
