How do I add a profile picture?
No idea how to do this. Cant seem to find an optio for it on my profile

You need to go into your user CP. A new page will open, on the left under "my profile" there is a link called "Edit profile pictures". Upload the photo you want to use - it might have to be resized before hand. This picture will show on your profile page. If you want the photo to show up when you post - this is your avatar photo - photo cane be added by clicking on "Edit avatar"

When it says upload file failed does it say why? As some times when I tried to change my profile photo it said my picture file size is to large or that I need to resize the picture before.
Also how are you trying to upload your photo? Is it from your computer or a photo hosting website like photobucket?
