What a brave and extremely good Mummy!

I hope the snake was not poisonous so that her rescue mission was worth it!

That little baby .. so sweet!

I've seen this video a lot lately and I found it amazing that the Mum went to such lengths to get her baby back!

Rats are amazing creatures. They really care about their families and are amazingly social creatures. And yet they get such a bad name. Poor ratties.

Truly fantastic! The mother rat was determined to save her baby and what a rescue! Loved how she chased that horrid snake away and then came back for her baby, scooped baby up in her mouth and ran off.

Wow!
I hate snakes ... And rats too! Loved how the rat came back to her baby and looked like she was saying "oh ar eyou ok my darling?" and then took baby back home again. Poor little baby was probbaly so scared and is now going to make mommy her special hero!
