DIY help needed please
I've gotten to the point in my DIY TV Armoire hack where I am adding the ventilation. I was going to use mesh for the 2 large vent holes in the back and then finish it off with a painted wooden frame, BUT I also added 8 viv vents and I will need to finish the inside of those or risk chewing. I am NOT confident that I can make 10 wooden frames STRAIGHT and look good. Is it possible to use a decorative sheet of aluminum like linked below? I've never cut aluminum, so I don't know if it would be safe. Not sure how to finish the edges so it wouldn't be sharp.
