How can I unsubscribe to emails?

Every time a thread updates I get an email. I know you can unsubscribe to specific threads by following the link in the email, but is there a way to unsubscribe completely?

If you go to "User CP" which is top left of the forum, all your options are listed there. I think is says list subscriptions (it's below the options to edit avatar, profile etc etc) or something like that. If you open that you should have the option of changing stuff.

Hello Jenibelle: If you go to User CP, then click on Edit Options, then scroll down to Default Thread Subscription Mode. Click on the down arrow and choose no email notifications.
