Anyone bought from here?

I bought this for Misty, on the 12th, and paid for it on the same day. I saw Shane Todd Direct had closed the website for orders while they revamp it, and found them on ebay. As far as I know, their ebay store is still up and running! So I bought this (and I realise it is probably a bit more than a lot of IMACs go for, however I was urgently needing a cage for her).

It is STILL not here, 8 days later! I emailed them twice now, politely asking if it had been dispatched. No response at all. I'm just worried because you've seen the cage she's in, its distressing, and although I realise 8 days isn't the longest time in the world, it does say 48 hour courier. Has anyone else ever bought from them?

I just expect better customer service when I spend £63 on a cage!

I dont do Ebay, it confuses me lol. And i hate paying for postage! Have they taken the money out of your account? If they have i would def call them to see what they are playing at, an email is easily ignored but an angry person isnt. I would also give them a negative comment and/or report them to ebay.

i'd file a complaint. I'm not entirely sure how, but if you go on the myebay page and next to the item i think there's somewhere there you can report the seller. If you've contacted him twice and he's not replied, then you should report him. He's also charging like double what that cage is worth!

Thanks guys, the cage came yesterday, but I still think I'll leave neutral feedback for the slow delivery and ignoring my communications. At least I got my cage, which I am very happy about.

I know people who have bought direct from the Shane Todd website and have waited over a month for their products to arrive...I would avoid like the plauge!

One thing though, before you do give a neg check when it was sent (there's normally a date on the sticker on the couriers box, or an invoice date). Having sold on ebay there's absolutely nothing worse than a buyer complaining when you posted an item next day and it spends a week lurking in some sorting office somewhere.
