Thranduil needs to be super pretty but also a good bit mental? Who has the perfect ham and will they volunteer? 
Could Oatmeal_Cupcakes Little Bear play Beorn? The name certainly fits even if Beorn is more of a Massive Bear!

Maybe Apple, Blossom and Holmes could play Ori, Nori and Dori - is that ok Rach?
Balin and Dwalin (dwarf brothers) needed, along with super sleek Thranduil Elf King and jolly Tom Bombadil. And Gloin is needed to help Mickle (Oin) light the campfires - so an hamsters who have arson tendencies welcome to audition.

Nelly has the right colour fur for Thranduil and she is pretty mental hah, we just won't tell her its a male role

I've asked them and Pepper's delighted, Maisy took a little more convincing but she's in (as long as she can have the contract sent to her agent first!)
So Pepper for Balin and Maisy for Dwalin
