Oh s..t,just realized I am wearing the wrong shoes..!I am on the bus on my way home from work,but I always change my work shoes and I didn't..I was actually just reading this thread when I noticed!

I went into my kitchen the other day, saw that the spread needed to go back in the fridge and that my purse needed to go in my bag in the bedroom.

A few minutes later, I found myself walking into my bedroom with the spread, not my keys!!

Maybe it would be appropriate here to tell a story on my husband. Years ago, the car was parked in the garage. Late at night we got a call from his parents that they needed us to come over. We ran out to the garage in a hurry. I went to the passenger side and opened the door. He was in the back seat trying to find the steering wheel. He was terribly embarrassed when he realized his mistake. I giggled all the way over to his parents house. Can still get a good laugh today, and it's 50 years later.

Lol I love these stories.

I'm generally fairly OK with keeping things in order when I am out and about....my bedroom however is normally a "complete bombsite" according to my Mum...but whenever I tidy it, I can't find things, so my bedroom ends up in a bombsite again...but I can find everything I need lol.

My manager, Lewis, who is also a very good family friend and is practically like an Uncle to me has done the losing keys, glasses, wallet, handkerchiefs etc.

One funny story was when Rhys (Lewis's son - and the boy who used to have Romeo) my Mum and I had just finished teaching our St. John Ambulance Cadets and were closing up for the night and Lewis couldn't find his car keys. We must have gone through the whole building 3 or 4 times, before Rhys found the keys....in his Dad's pocket lol. Needless to say, we keep teasing Lewis about it and I definitely won't allow him to forget it lol.

Good stories though and looking forward to reading more of these.

P.S - I always speak to all my animals. Romeo does answer me back though...because just before I go out of my room, he will put a little paw up on the glass tank for a second as though he's waving at me lol.

So yesterday, I was rushing about as usual to go out, finally left the flat and headed down the stairs onto the Street and realised I was wearing my pyjama bottoms. Went back up the stairs and realised that I'd put my trousers that I'd chosen to wear under my pillows, usually I do this with my pyjamas. The thing is these pyjamas are bright pink and my trousers black. I must go about with my eyes shut lol!
I'm just glad I noticed before crossing the main road.
