Hop nibble squeek a con??

Hi,
I ordered a few toys from hop nibble squeak small pet accessories company based over facebook. I spent £25 and was told it would take 10 days. I placed a payment on paypal on the 12/10/14 and still nothing has came. I contacted Emma on Thursday, 29/10/14 and she said she had posted the parcel 1st class Wednesday evening and It would be with me by Friday. Nothing came Friday. So last Thursday I sent her another message explaining nothing had came she said she will repost the parcel via courier and it will be defiantly with me on Tuesday. Its Tuesday nothing has came and Emma has actually closed the hop nibble squeak page down so I cant message her. I am starting to think this may be a con and I have been lied to the whole time but I am confused because there are lots of positive reviews about hop nibble and squeak on here and youtube. Since she has closed down her page and I cant contact her I have hat to file a complaint to paypal. Has anybody ever ordered from hop nibble squeak before??

I first looked at the Hop Nibble Squeek page earlier in the year after reading about on here. I saw lots of good comments but then I noticed that quite a lot of questions weren't being answered and people were waiting for items.

I PM-ed the owner but didn't receive a reply for ages, like a couple of months and she explained that she had been having some personal problems but she was getting back to normal. I refrained from ordering until I was sure that her work schedule was indeed back to normal.

By the sounds of your experience that hasn't been the case and I am so sorry that you seem to have been dreadfully let down.

From what I am aware (I was only looking at her page recently, coincidentally) she has been in & out of hospital so that may have something to do with it?
