Er... Robos can live well alone or as pairs, but like any other hams pairs can fall out and do need careful care. I can't remember how much they cost in P@H, its been years since I bought a ham there.
The cost of basic supplies will depend, for us its a fairly small amount but we bulk buy things and that does keep costs lower. Plus vets bills can easily hike the cost of a months basic care (e.g this week I was expecting £50 in vets bills for one pet, in the end it was £20 but thats still more than she normally costs a month and now she'll need the same care reguarly which means the cost of her basic care has just increased quite a bit). For a completely healthy ham its usually not too much, but people with only a few pets can probably answer better - they're less likely to bulk buy everything
