Re: I'm back
No it wasn't Tylenol. I looked it up. It was Triazolam. Much stronger than codeine! lol You know what is going on but you are too out of it to care. Good stuff! lol

Re: I'm back
Ooooooooooh, that sounds stronger. I had... percocet when I got my wisdom teeth out, it was much stronger than the T3s.

Re: I'm back
I want to say I've had that but it made me really sick to my stomach. When I had my gallbladder out, I was so sick! I had no idea it was the pain killers of all things til I went to the ER and waited so long to be seen (long past when I was due for a dose of pain meds) and started feeling better that I realized what it was.
Codeine is the same way. The Triazolam works in a different way I guess.

Re: I'm back
I'm actually insanely allergic to demerol, another pain med, and the doctors kept giving it to me, so I had to get a medic alert. I had it when I got my tonsils out, and they thought I was allergic to codeine, switched me to demerol. Turns out I just had scarlet fever.
Anyways we kinda hijacked the thread to discuss pain meds, lol. Sorry!
Hopefully hammy cuddles will make you start feeling better really soon.

Oh, gosh!! That's a lot of teeth to be pulled at once. I had 1 tooth pulled and my jaw and head hurt for weeks!. The molars are big teeth, with deep roots- I can see why there is much trauma to your face. I'm so sorry to hear about the heart attack. What a scary ordeal to have to be awake for that.

Re: I'm back
OMG DrKMcK! If you hadn't told us you were awake through the whole thing I'd be asking for the security footage just to prove he didn't beat you up while you were under! So glad you're feeling better
As for parts of the face being connected, I know it. It's been well more than a decade since I had surgery on my septum but I still occasionally get twinges in my upper incisors if I scratch my nose the wrong way

I must admit I've been wondering where you've been!! Poor you! That looks nasty... Wishing you a speedy recovery.
@Bec- I was thinking it must be nearly time for Neptune's arrival just the other day! Hope he settles in well and enjoys his new cage! Picture as soon as you can please!

Hekomi, how was recovery after you got your tonsils out? My little girl, her allergist, is recommending her tonsils to be taken out, plus adenoids. I'm scared, and I know she is the one that should be scared, but, it just sounds very painful (recovery) although, I know in time, it heals.
