So I didn't buy any living creature(except mealworms for Mio). But I did see some things!!!
So when I first walked in I saw this Jack Russel puppy, so tiny, walking out of the grooming room with a bandana on! He was precious!
Then I went to the reptiles. They had two beautiful leopard gecko hatchlings, a blizzard and a patternless, about 4 inches long. Both were staring up from inside their log. I can't believe Mio was ever that small! But she was, I remember being afraid to hold because she looked so fragile and perfect, with that smile of hers, I though she'd break. As any of you following her story knows, she's tougher than I thought xxx
They also had a little anole, the colour of a lime. They had little bearded dragons too, they were the sweetest little guys...!
Anyway, then I went to the birds. They had so many finches! And a yellow canary. He was lovely, with his yellow feathers. They had a sun conure, she was eating, so I didn't see much of her, but she was so, so, stunning!
And of course, rodents. They had a Chinese hammy, so delicate looking, fast asleep though. And two WW(hybrids) curled up in the glass. And a pack of robos huddled in the igloo. There were two Syrians; one gray, and one cream banded I believe. Both were asleep, one on his back like DrK's Nutmeg!
They had 6 guinea pigs, one was white with a black moustache marking! 3 gerbils and 8 mice were in the last two cages. They ran on their wheels and chewed up their house. Trouble makers! xxx
They had 9 cats. One of which was a huge white snowball! With blue eyes the colour of a swimming pool. They had dogs, obviously sedated, mostly pit bulls and chihuahuas. And a min pin, with big, brown eyes.
They had many, many fish, all crammed into a few cages. Mostly glo-fish and danios.
I got cuttlefish bones, a new hamster food to try, treats, and mealworms. Success!
