I think it's awesome that you are willing to do what it takes for your daughter to have a great education. I spent a lot of years unlearning all the things public school social circles "taught" me about my self worth (which was that I wasn't worth anything). It sounds like your daughter was dealing with a different kind of stress, but I hope having this stress lifted from her will free your daughter to achieve whatever her heart desires!

Thanks- my daughter comes first. I'm so sorry to hear about your school experience- I understand it, unfortunately I saw the same in the Jr. high and high school. Kids can be so cruel. I remember a mean comment a girl said
to me, on the school bus, think I was in 10th grade, and it stuck in my mind
was very hurtful. Another member on here said she was bullied. I wish those
things would not happen, as it can really tear down a child's self esteem.
I want to protect my child, yet, want her to be able to learn through life's
experiences, not to shield her in every way.. But it is very difficult to not
protect her, from the hurt that kids can cause on other kids, she has not yet been exposed to those things- and I hope she never does.
Thanks everyone, you all are the Best!! Xx
