Rosalina and Krystal? If so, yes they're a pair. But I might separate them soon, in case of babies coming!

I've read hamster books, that say, " Campbell's, and Winter Whites are social, meaning in the concept of living in pairs or colony's is know to happen, successfully. Although the book did state, best for same sex siblings, and most successful when they are babies.

I just read this whole post from start to finish and I have to say I am so glad it all worked out for you and your girls
however, it was a big risk you took - but I guess it goes to show you really do know your hammys well personally I think I would have tried too, using the introduction method, because, well, if these things are done correctly, they're worth a shot, just as long as the hammy's safety is taken into consideration at all times - i.e the divider.

awesome that Phoenix convinced Rebel to have hammy snuggles!! I bet that made your heart swell seeing your little Rebel all snugged down with her daughter (did I remember that right? sorry if I didn't :/ )
Cant wait to see pics of them together!

I am so glad they are still doing well Colby. My Toffee & Almond did well up until the day Toffee died, so it can be done. But, truthfully, knowing about the chances of a falling out, and one of the hammy's getting hurt, always freaked me out. I found it stressful to always be on alert, watching their behavior and doing checks constantly. Regardless of all the chatter on how social dwarf hammies can be, they can also be very territorial and violent towards a cagemate. I'm glad I had the experience, but I think it's singles only for me in future. You're a braver soul than I am
