Re: Zooplus vs Petplanet?
I was pulling my hair out wih pet planet after ordering two WW from them, a 12 inch for a syrian and the huge great big 13 inch one for my rats.
First off they sent two 8 inch... next order I got another 8 inch and a 12 inch but no 13 inch. Finally I got a broken 13 inch which I had to fight for with them saying it was the delivery service... All in all not the greatest experience.

Re: Zooplus vs Petplanet?
They are as good or as bad as each other and there is sometimes no alternative to one of them if you want a particular producr: i.e. if you want JR Farm it's Zooplus and if you want a Wodent wheel it's Petplanet. Zooplus is better with a £15 minimum order value to get free postage but both are as bad as each other if all you want is a bag of food.
Pet Supplies, Aquariums, Ponds, Fish Tanks and Pet Food from Seapets has a good range of better known products and the added advantage of £2.95 P & P for items that can be posted. Otherwise £4.95 for parcel weight up to 30KG and free over £34.
Probably the best if waiting up to 7 working days is not a problem is Pet Supplies & Pet Accessories | PET SUPERMARKET Online Pet Store with free delivery on everything.

Re: Zooplus vs Petplanet?
Zooplus is infact free delivery on orders over £25. You have to spend a minimum of £15 but there is a delivery charge of £2.50 for upto £25.

Thanks for the info. Every time I've ordered it's been over £25 but these days I've moved away from Zooplus anyway.

Result! After replying to them, they got back to me today and offered to either refund the price of the sand or send me out a new bag. Very happy with that!
