I'm from Yorkshire, not Cumbria but I have to say that the Lake District is one of the most beautiful places I have visited. I love it up there!! My OH and I went camping at Windermere last summer for our holiday, we went to a place called Hodge's Close, and around all the usual places like Keswick. I understand that Snow White and the Huntsman was filmed near Windermere, we went to the pub they reportedly held their 'wrap party' in. You must love living in such a wonderful place.
Aww I love Yorkshire. My Dad is from Sheffield and my Grandad used to be the methodist minister in Bedale so I basically grew up in Bedale as were always visiting
Aww I live in Patterdale I love the Lake District. I'm originally from Carlisle though but my job is in Patterdale. I'm such a country bumpkin, I'd much rather wake up and smell cow poo than a car exhaust haha.
Really? I'm not a fan of that film if I'm perfectly honest! Only good thing about it is Chris Hemsworth om nom nom. I preferred Mirror Mirror

It really is a small world, I live in Sheffield, it's such a great city. I don't think I've been to Bedale, where is that near? I have to admit I'm a city girl but I love going out to the country, it's so nice to have the Peaks on our doorstep. I've never been to Patterdale, which lake are you near?
Hehe, was Chris Hemsworth the huntsman, in which case I can see your point. It was an OK film but I've never seen Mirror Mirror, I'll have to watch it.
