Oh she wants that big pink ring
Brodie better watch out she'll chase him for it until he gets fed up - the perseverence in her is amazing - terrier instinct I suppose. She has lovely markings, quite similiar to a GSH, but so so wiry you can't really see her skin. This breed is used to create Lurchers (crossed with a Whippet) Whippet for speed and Bedlington for tenaciousness. Her
friend this week is my dad's flat coated retriever Tweed - he stole her doggie tennis ball and hid it up the back in the woods and she cried and cried so he brought her it back - it was so sweet. We saw him do it and it was so deliberate, both taking and bringing it back... She is such a skinny thing very picky about her food - loves the best of things though like our chicken and beef scraps but her own doggy chow - pah! The vet said not to worry about it too much and gave us some great energy drink stuff for her and since then she has been a lot better with her chunks in jelly and kibble. What I am not looking forward to is the grooming - these are second only to Poodles in care requirements
