Oh wow, I am so envious. I love marine tanks and especially sea horses :P
I have a couple of freshwater tanks, haven't got the time or expertise for marine but I have the greatest of admiration for people who do!

Humprey is a pain in the bum, if he weren't so beautiful, he'd be in Broadmoor

Humphrey looks like butter wouldn't melt and so pretty. Wonder why he is so much of a pain.

Maybe Humphrey tricks others with his good looks and then eats them up.

Do you have rotifer/copepod cultures for your baby heese (it's what London Aquarium calls them )? I've found that they really don't do too well with out it, but, you need a phyto culture for the rotifers to feed on.

They're beautiful fish!

Yep rotifer and copepod larvae is what they get

I think changing my filtration around helped - a lot of them, I think, were sucked into my mechanical filtration intake tube They don;t survive well in the main tank, so just before Daddy "pops", I put him in a separate nursery tank, with no substrate and, more importantly, NO MECHANICAL FILTRATION

Two weeks and counting........
