Aww cleaning her little foot! My Popcorn does that and it's sooooo adorable! If I was closer to you I'd come give her a home  (you're probably the closest HCer to me!)

Goodness. In some ways though the person who left her did care as they obviously knew you liked hamsters. Lucky you found her. She looks to have come to no harm from the cold. Make sure she is healthy and really tame then set about finding the perfect home for her. You are welcome to try the rescue boards here.
