I went into P@H last night and saw 2 adorable piggies!! They were for adoption and were very cute and funny little characters Seen as they were for adoption my mum was really keen to get them so she discussed it with my dad when they got home and so after we had gone out today we were rushing once we had our tea to get to P@H before it closed and so we made it 30 mins early and I went to go and see them and then I saw an empty enclosure and thats when I knew we were to late... they had already been and bought them earlier on that day which made me really MAD!! I guess you have to go straight away if you are going to get there first! so to everyone who wants to buy a particular hamster, guinea pig etc then pleasee get them as soon as you decide you want them because you may regret if if you don't unless you see one even cuter some other time

Willow, those piggies were not meant for you. There are piggies for you, who will be a perfect match for you, and the timing will be right. Just two days ago I had five chinesey hams crawling all over me...but I didn't get one, despite wanting one. They are not for me yet, but when I find the one, I will know because it happened with Squeak.

I understand that you are upset, but I believe these things happen for a reason. The time will come when you take home some furbabies, and you will know when it's right.

Have you tried your local gumtree? I have seen no end of freebie pets on their recently in my hunt for freebie hamster cages, wis I could take them all in but bursting at the seems already.

Yes I looked yesterday but I think it is better to see them for real so you know you definitely want them for anything up to 5 years or more
