Ugh! "bathing" hamsters!
I've just been hammy searching and I found a girl whos just uploaded a video.
"My hamster having a bath. she's being cute!"
No, shes cold and wet and she's slipping off the sink trying to get out.
It gets me so mad. People like this girl get hamsters and treat them like that and I treat my girl with nothing but love and she dies at 9 months old.

there's another video of a lady with 2 hamsters 'swimming' in a wading pool and she thinks they are so cute and waits to the last minute to take out the one who is drowning. these videos really make me sick - breaks your heart.

Maybe she doesn't know better - sometimes people just need giving the information in a gentle and non judgemental way.
If she knows better, and is still not doing the best for her ham, that's when i start feeling people don't deserve pets!

I've seen vid like that. Well, only the vid title actually. I coudnt even hit the play button. It is so mean to treat hamsters like that. I wonder how videos like that still have some 'likes'. Ugh..

It makes me so annoyed when they just shove them in the sink and video them.. It doesn't take much effort to do a little research.. Poor hams

I have one Syrian hamster named Theodore. I don't know his exact birth date, but with some educated guessing I would say it was approximately the 6th June.
I love him!

I saw one like that and she tried to justify it by saying her hamster was alive and well and only bathed because it smelled bad.
I was crying when I saw the video.
I don't understand how anyone can do something like that

This was her reply when someone called her out on it
"JUST SO U KNOW I know how to take care of animals and vets even say its okay because they are exactly like rats and mice an as long as you dry them off they won’t get sick. I’m not **** stupid. Lol plus I did research before I did and she’s actually perfectly ok and happier now. So u r obvs dumb lol"
