yeah i found it really difficult to get hold of the grids cheaply, so in the end i used run panels ( the big tall ones for rabbits) chopped im half height wise, with a correx base, but my piggies never used all their space, they just clung to a corner (rescues with horrid pasts) so now we use 140cm x 60cm commercial cages, they may not be ideal, but my piggies are happiest in them

B&Q have reduced the price of grids in their shops to £7.49 per box for 13 grids but they are more like the grids without the square holes in but they have like coloured pannels instead, the grids dont show on their website but if you phone your local B&Q they will tell you if they have any xD
