my 3 year old has painted my bedroom with red nail varnish!
hi everyone,
my daughter likes to watch dvds etc in my bedroom and usually she is really good!
NOT TODAY, she came down the stairs about half an hour ago and her hands were completely red, her clothes, her face!
i went running up the stairs thinking what has she done and where has she had red nail varnish from?
i get upstairs, bed, TV, mobile phone, wall, carpet you name it's red! !she's gone in to my sisters room at my mums, put it in her rucksack and painted my room red for me!!
the smell of nail varnish remover is horrible, all the hamsters are now in the bathroom and i still have nail varnish to get rid of!!!!

have you got a fan you can put on? Open the windows and do your best to keep the room ventilated this one time wont be bad for your hammies, they might get a little high but there shouldnt be lasting damage, after all most nail care products have to be made to very specific safety guidelines set by the EU.

Begin her education early and make her clean it off! Shame the hamsters have had to be moved because of it though as the fumes won`t be good for them. Varnish or remover.

Re: my 3 year old has painted my bedroom with red nail varnish!
thanks everyone
unfortunately i never thought to take a pic as i was to busy having heart failure lol
eventually i managed to get rid of it all except a little bit on my duvet cover, all the hamsters are back where they belong
i did get her to help me remove it and told her it was naughty, she keeps saying Scarlett was a naughty girl! xx
