My order on 10th May arrived within 2 days, all well packaged too. Guess I must just have been lucky. I got Beapher xl hamster food. Chinchilla sand, Shaws egg biscuits for birds and Science selective hamster food.

Nope, they said they will pass my feedback to the warehouse staff who package it..

I used to do that with the sand, order in advance of needing it.. But now I just use play sand..

I was going to buy the children's play sand today from argots instead of the expensive chinchilla stuff, do you have to dry it out or can i just put it straight in to there baths? x

I think you have to dry it out first, I think some people dry it out in the oven before they use it. I've never used it before but I saw one someones video that they did.
