Re: Too hot?
I hate it too! I LOVE sunshine but when it is joined by a lovely cold day. I have had a headache for the last few days because of it.
I'm very fair skinned with freckles so have to wear a really high factor.

Oh my days, I am not moving to Cyprus any time soon! I'm sure it's a lovely country though

Hehe well it's lovely if you hate the site of green plants and love the taste of lemons! I can't stand the cold UK weather though, me and Mr Bobtail are hoping to move to South France in a few years time, we will get this kind of weather most of the year then
Anyway, I'm loving this sun because it means I can wear all of my summer dresses and mid-length poofy skirts! I hate having to wrap up in the winter >.<

Re: Too hot?
I wouldn't mind living in Cyprus
Unfortunately i miss the whole UK summer as i am going to spend 6wks in hong kong.. lovely as that sounds, the humidity there drives you absolutely mad. It's not hot but breezy as it is here.
I guess we're lucky, living right by the beach but all my friends are very pale so burn really easily >< I've never burned in my life, only tan a bit.

I had a horrible headache earlier. It made me feel quite ill to be honest
I'm cooling down at the moment eating a yummy ice lolly and with the fan blasting cold air at me

Re: Too hot?
The heat is shocking loving it but hating it as I seem to walk a small distance and I'm panting like a dog lol
And before I put my shorts etc on I have to fake tan as I'm as pale as porcelain and the wasps oh they make me cry I really hate them flying nasties

Re: Too hot?
It's like this too in Canada...apparently the weather is 8 degrees Celsius above the average with a 32degrees Celsius day today buuuut I'm loving it I cope well with any type of temperature..I'm ok at 40 and I'm ok at -40 during winter Then again in my house we have centralized air conditioning and so the temperature right now is about 23 degrees upstairs and 21 in the basement

Do you like in a house or a flat? Doesn't really matter but a sure way to keep wasps out is to put up a fake wasp nest! They are very territorial and so when they see another nest they will keep their distance

Re: Too hot?
Ive been dying. Way too hot for me, I like the winter when it's nice and cold.
Even my dogs aren't enjoying the weather, they get tired a lot quicker than normal and start panting very quickly while out. Luckily we live in an old house so during the day it stays fairly cool. My room at night however is another matter. Really need to get a fan in here for the hams, all the reptile heating brings the temp up a fair amount.

Re: Too hot?
Our dog can't cope with the heat either. We don't walk him in the midday sun as that is the hottest part of the day. Usually, on days like today he gets 2 walks in the morning and won't have another walking till late afternoon/early evening. Mum and Dad have a garden though so he gets to go out there
